The much celebrated vocalist brings her top drawer sextet to the legendary Bull’s Head for an exciting evening of sultry, warm and witty cocktail jazz. Along with the songs of Cole Porter, Gerswin, Mercer, Gillespie and Miles Davles Carolyn pays homage to Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O’Day, Nancy Wilson, Olivia Dean and Melanie Gardot along the way, Mezzo Soprano Carolyn Filak Royan originally began her career as a classical opera singer singing ‘Carmen’, and ‘The Countess’ as well as performing in musicals as Julie Jordan in ‘Carousel’.
Carolyn also made her Carnegie Hall debut with grammy nominated harpist Kirsten Agresta-Copley and has sung at the South Bank, St Martin In The Fields and the Edinburgh Festival.
