Parts & Spares
Parts & Spares are a London-based folk-pop trio blending acoustic nostalgia with a contemporary edge. The band formed when Frida Jones (vocals), her dad Luther (songwriter/guitarist), and her girlfriend Kaisha McGroarty (multi-instrumentalist) began playing music together — a natural extension of the years they’ve spent growing up alongside each other. Their bond runs deep, shaped by the shared experience of navigating love, pain, joy and change — across generations and relationships — and that emotional honesty lies at the heart of every song.
The band’s sound is built on Frida’s resonant, expressive voice — full of warmth and edge — paired with distinct melodies and arrangements that blend their acoustic folk roots with a modern mix of pop clarity and indie texture. It’s a sound shaped by their shared connection and lived experience, with influences spanning from the ’60s to today — including Angie McMahon, Bon Iver, Big Thief, Cece Coakley, and Florence + The Machine.
Their live sets carry the same emotional weight as their recordings — intimate, raw, and deeply felt. With just four tracks out, they’ve all already been picked up by BBC Introducing and Future Hits Radio — and there’s more to come. Parts & Spares make music that feels lived-in — a love letter to instinct, emotion, and letting go.
George Erith
Rising singer-songwriter who had his first headline show at The Half Moon Putney in 2025 and has not looked back since.
JNAY
Jnay is an award winning Soul singer and performer from West London that delivers an electrifying performance. His versatility enabling him to perform a full shows that covers, Blues, Soul, Motown, Pop and Rock, makes him one of the most entertaining and diverse artists to see.
Whether he is performing Solo, Duo, Trio or with a full band, you will not be disappointed. Influenced by Prince, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and more recently Franck Ocean. He has performed all over the world including London's famous Royal Albert Hall, along side artists such as George Benson and the Black eyed peas to name a few.
