The funky six-piece Groove Warriors will be featuring vocalist Miki Blak. Miki has worked with Stone Cold Groove, Mica Paris, Beverley Knight, Lemar, Junior Marvin and Musiq Soulchild among many others and was the first ever unsigned UK artist to sing at the Grammy’s. Together with Volker Janssen, keyboards, (Dexys Midnight Runners, Paul Young, David A. Stewart), Paul Stead, guitar, top alto and tenor saxophonist Mark Buckingham, bassist Tom Gilchrist and drummer Theo Buckingham the band’s classic soul & funk of the 70’s & 80’s is guaranteed to get your feet tapping and your hips swinging all night long.
