Art Themen continues to play to full audiences having already sold out this year on four occasions between the Bull’s Head and Ronnie Scott’s Club. He needs no introduction and, for tonight‘s show as ever has surrounded himself with musicians of the highest calibre.
Gareth Williams is regarded as the pianists’ pianist having graduated at London’s Guildhall School of music where he is now a Professor. He has been described as the embodiment of creative energy and he is equally adept on the guitar.
Simon Thorpe, bass player composer and arranger is no stranger to the Bull, and is the successful band leader of Jiving Miss Daisy and Hatfield and the Health among many other projects.
Dave Barry graduated from the Royal Academy Music. He and Art share bandleading duties with a quartet and Dave was a member of the much loved Don Weller’s bands for many years. Expect a night of top flight jazz of the highest calibre.
