Somewhat exaggeratedly, Matti Klein could also be called the "Berlin Groove God", considering how many successes Klein has celebrated not only with his former band Mo'Blow, as musical director of Ed Motta, but now also with his own trio, the Matti Klein Soul Trio.

Although the five years since the founding of the Soul Trio have been marked mainly by Corona, the band has not let itself be stopped from grooving-soul-funking through the world in its usual style: Borneo Jazz Festival, Jazz&The City Salzburg and many others as trio, but also in gala style, whether with a symphony orchestra or with guest singer, German Pop-Soul-Star Max Mutzke...
