The Katriona Taylor Quintet Celebrate “The Best Of Bacharach”
Part of the 2023 EFG London Jazz Festival
This not-to-be-missed show will feature songs from the legendary, multi award-winning Burt Bacharach. The unique songwriter created some of the most iconic and memorable pieces of music of the 20th century with over 100 hits in the charts including; “Walk On By”, “I Say A Little Prayer”, “The Look Of Love” and “Do You Know The Way To San Jose”. Katriona will be selecting some of her favourite Bacharach songs presenting them in her superb Jazz & Latin style accompanied by her world class musicians.
An established artist on the UK jazz acene, about to release her sixth album, Katriona is equally at home on the intimate Bull’s Head stage as she is performing internationally to an audience of thousands. She has received countless plaudits for her polished live performances having also supported the legendary 10 times Grammy Award winner George Benson on his world tour and the James Taylor Quintet among others. “So lovely to hear, thank you Katriona ….
