The Humphrey Lyttelton Band continues to work presenting a broad canvas of Humph’s music whilst showcasing his vast music library the repertoire of which extends from early traditional to modern by way of Ellington and Basie. The line-up remains virtually the same with Tony Fisher, trumpet, (John Dankworth, Stan Tracey, Tubby Hayes, Kenny Clarke/Francy Boland Big Band), now ably filling Humph’s role on trumpet. The band also includes Ted Beament, piano, Jimmy Hastings, tenor & clarinet, Mick Foster, baritone, Ray Wordsworth, trombone, John Rees-Jones, bass & Adrian Mackintosh, drums. 8.00pm Tickets £13 in advance & £15 on the door
