Originally from Scotland but now based in the South East, Chantelle performs in a wide variety of musical genres including jazz, funk, soul, pop – i.e. most contemporary styles. After studying jazz & commercial music in Newcastle, Chantelle went on to perform with her band in Japan, the Middle East and New York City. Her credits include radio and television work as well as writing and recording both for herself and for other artists. She has worked with numerous luminaries including Ronnie Wood, KT Tunstall, Sister Sledge, Dr John, Nile Rodgers, Nerina Pallot, Phillip Bailey, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Brian May, ABC, Alexander O'Neil and Marc Almond. Chantelle fronts & and has co-written with several bands including Funk Republic, The AllStars Collective and The Berakah Project.
