Entry Requirements: Under 18s to be accompanied by an appropriate adult
Malaya Blue is without doubt one of the outstanding blues soul vocalists performing on the UK circuit today. Her last album “Heartsick”, served to further enhance her growing reputation and continues to gain airplay across the globe. No less than Paul Jones describes her as one of the best singers he’s ever heard and performs live with her whenever the chance arises. Her top-flight band is always drawn from the cream of UK blues musicians and this show is no exception, with a line up including Dudley Ross, Stevie Watts and Mike Horne. This is a great opportunity to see this extraordinary blues singer whose powerful stage presence has won her appreciative audiences at major venues and festivals everywhere, as Malaya will be playing a reduced number of live shows this year to focus on working on the new album which has already attracted the attention of a Multi-Grammy winning producer. Don’t miss this chance to catch the charismatic singing sensation that is Malaya Blue as she returns to the Bull’s Head to perform two red hot sets.

Malaya Blue Band
Tipped to be the ‘Breakthrough Blues Act of 2015’, Malaya Blue has been causing heads to turn and jaws to drop on the British Blues circuit since the release of her stunning debut album ‘Bourbon Street’ mid-way through 2014. With very little PR hype or support it quickly reached No.1 on the British Independent Blues Broadcasters chart causing a flurry of media interest and resulting in being voted into 2nd place in the Blues Matters Writers Poll as Best Newcomer. Malaya worked hard behind the scenes building and rehearsing a first class band ready to take out on the road in 2015 starting with The Great British Rock & Blues Festival at Skegness in January where they received lots of plaudits for both the full electric set on Fri & a stunning acoustic set on Sunday.
