The Paulo Losi Trio Host the Bulls Head Jam Session with Paulo Losi, piano, Dave Jones, bass and Eric Ford, drums: (Plus Music Workshop with Dave Jones). Expect swinging standards and originals from this expressive and interactive trio which will bring Italian jazz pianist Paolo Losi back to the Bull’s Head stage alongside Eric Ford and Dave Jones. Expect highly imaginative improvisational routes, dazzling solos, killer swing and articulation. Paolo’s playing is vibrant, fresh and competent, always from the heart. There will be a Workshop led by experienced jazz educator Dave Jones from 6:30pm - 8:00 pm and the second half of the evening will be a jam session open to all instrumentalists and vocalists, simply come along or reserve a slot through the Facebook event page.

The Paulo Losi Trio
Paolo was born in Milan in 1972 where he started playing classical music on the organ at the age of five. At the sixteen he was introduced to Jazz music by his friend Gianni Guido (Jazz Crusaders member 1993 - 1996) and came to London in 1994. Paulo is very active within the UK music scene, collaborating with David Jean-Baptiste, Quentin Collins, Gene Calderazzo, Tony Cofi and Luca Luciano and has performed at Queen Elisabeth Hall, Bath Jazz Festival and The National Theatre of London. Expect highly imaginative improvisational routes, dazzling solos, killer swing and articulation.
